This is a beautifully carved 17th century oak chair. The back of the chair has a lovely carving of grapes and vines. This chair is Jacobean, which dates back to 1603-1625 when James I was king and up to 1688 during King James II reign. This type of furniture is known to be very sturdy and made to last. This is a joined chair.
