English Oak Lowboy Side Table c1780
This is a very handsome English low boy also known as a side table. The table is unusual with the cab legs and pad feet. There are three drawers. The pulls are not original piece. Lowboys were very popular in the 18th Century. They were often made by local craftsmen in the same style as the London Lowboys of Mahogany. This is an outstanding English Lowboy.
